1–1.5 T/H European Standard Potato Peeling Production Line
This potato peeling line is custom-built for European food processors, with a working capacity of 1 to 1.5 tons per hour.
The complete line includes: Soaking & Lifting Conveyor, Potato Peeling Machine, Roller Sorting Conveyor, and Bubble Washing Machine.
Raw potatoes are pre-soaked and lifted for easy peeling. After peeling, operators sort defective potatoes on the roller conveyor. The bubble cleaner performs final deep washing to remove peel residues.
All machines adopt food-grade materials and hygienic design complying with EU requirements. The automated continuous workflow cuts labor cost, with low potato damage rate and simple cleaning & maintenance. Perfect for medium-small food factories, frozen potato workshops and central kitchens in Europe.
